1. Return Policy

At Rubymarche Limited, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience. Please review the following conditions carefully.


Delivery Verification Policy

Open Box Delivery (If Applicable)

Some orders may be delivered as Open Box Delivery for verification purposes.

What this means:

  • You can open the outer package in front of the delivery person
  • You can check:
  • Correct product
  • Correct quantity

Important:

  • Do NOT remove product seals or use the item
  • Only visual checking is allowed
  • Any complaint after accepting delivery may not be accepted

Closed Box Delivery

What this means:

  • Package must be accepted as sealed
  • Delivery agent cannot open the package

If any issue occurs, you must request return within 3 days if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong item delivered

2. Category-Based Return Conditions

    Ultra Slim LED Light Box & Electrical Products

  • Return only applicable for manufacturing defects or physical damage
  • Product must not be installed, used, or modified

    Acrylic & PVC Products

  • Return accepted only if damaged or incorrect product delivered
  • Minor scratches or finishing variations are not considered defects

   Beauty & Sanitary Products

  • Strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
  • Return only accepted if product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Return Request Guidelines

To request a return, customers must:

  • Submit request within the return period
  • Provide valid reason
  • Provide image/video proof (if required)

⚠️ Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to rejection of the request.


5. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, and labels must be intact
  • Product must match the approved return request

6. Refund Policy

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be completed within 7 to 10 working days after approval.


Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Original payment method (SSLCommerz, Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer)
  • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

7. Refund Types

Refund from Returns

Processed after successful quality check of returned item

Refund from Cancellation

Processed if order is cancelled before shipment

Refund from Failed Delivery

Processed after product returns to warehouse


8. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Exception: If return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product)

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch

10. Important Notes

  • Return requests may be rejected after quality inspection
  • If return is rejected, product will be sent back to customer
  • Rubymarche reserves the right to update this policy at any time
